These Terms of Service govern your use of the Omaha Local Spotlight website and your participation in the Omaha Local Spotlight direct mail advertising program, operated by Cordwin Marketing Group, 3519 V St, Omaha, NE 68107 ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or reserving an advertising spot, you agree to these terms.

Omaha Local Spotlight is a shared 9x12 direct mail postcard program delivered to approximately 10,000 Omaha-area households via USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). One business is accepted per business category per mailing round.

• Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a spot. Category availability is confirmed only after we contact you and payment is received.
• Category exclusivity applies to the mailing round(s) you have paid for and is granted on a first-paid, first-served basis.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide for your ad. Final ad proofs must be approved by you before printing.
• We reserve the right to decline any advertisement that is unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with the program's standards.
• Mail delivery dates depend on USPS schedules and may vary. We are not responsible for USPS delays, misdelivery, or service interruptions.

Payment is due in full before your ad is sent to print. Pricing is per mailing round and includes professional ad design, printing, and USPS EDDM delivery. Because spots are category-exclusive and printing is scheduled in advance, payments are non-refundable once your ad has been approved and sent to print.

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your inquiry, reservation, and program updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Advertising results vary by business, offer, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific number of responses, calls, leads, or sales from your advertisement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cordwin Marketing Group and Omaha Local Spotlight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from your use of the website or participation in the program. Our total liability for any claim related to the program is limited to the amount you paid for the mailing round giving rise to the claim.

Ad designs we create for you are provided for use within the Omaha Local Spotlight program. Website content, branding, and materials remain the property of Cordwin Marketing Group and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
